2 hours · $175 · Monday–Thursday
Additional time is $100 per hour, subject to availability, up to six hours within one daytime or evening window. The same inclusions and reservation policies apply. No parties, showers or decorated celebrations, including company parties.
Before you reserve
$100 reservation payment
Non-refundable, due after approval to secure your date. Credited toward your rental subtotal, not an additional fee.
Separate $100 refundable deposit
Security and cleaning deposit, due with the final rental balance 14 days before your event.
Event liability insurance is required when alcohol will be served or consumed, including BYOB, and for children's birthday parties or organized youth celebrations. It is optional for other events.
When required, insurance proof is due at least seven days before the event.
Insurance coverage and rental responsibilities
When required, proof of one-day special-event general liability insurance is due at least seven days before the event. Molowza LLC d/b/a South Hall Events & Gatherings must be named as certificate holder and additional insured for liability arising from the covered event.
For events with alcohol, the policy must include coverage appropriate to the planned alcohol service or consumption, including BYOB. Confirm the applicable coverage and exclusions with your insurer; a certificate alone does not guarantee coverage.
The client is responsible for lawful, responsible alcohol service.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event. The renter is responsible for damage caused by the renter, guests, or vendors, including documented damage costs that exceed the security deposit. Insurance does not replace these responsibilities.
Existing bookings keep their agreed insurance requirements and any written waiver.
